Terms & Conditions for Leisure Vehicle Accessories, referred to as LVA

 

Conditions of Sale

Products are offered for sale subject to availability and are delivered at the agreed price at the date of dispatch. LVA reserves the right to modify the design and specifications of any product without prior notice.

Returns

Returns are accepted - If the buyer receives an item that is faulty, the seller will pay for the return postage. When the returned item is received by the seller it will be inspected and tested, if the seller agrees with the buyer regarding the technical fault then a refund or replacement may be given. If the buyer receives an item and then has a change of mind, the item may be returned at the buyers expense. The item must be received by LVA in the same condition as when it was originally dispatched. If an item is not resalable then a part refund may be offered.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase to qualify.

 

Payment methods

LVA accept the following payment methods via our payment gateway: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. We also operate a shop and counter and card payment and cash are accepted in the shop.

 

Guarantee

Products carry a 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Should a fault occur, please contact LVA. Please also quote your website order number to help identify dates regarding warranty claims.
